Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a healthcare interoperability consultant/data modeller who combines strong technical expertise with excellent client-facing skills. Candidates should have recent hands-on FHIR experience , a solid understanding of healthcare data exchange standards, and demonstrated experience communicating directly with customers and external stakeholders.
Important: Candidates without recent healthcare interoperability and FHIR experience, or without strong client-facing communication skills, will not be considered.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Modeller / Interoperability Consultant with strong, recent experience in healthcare interoperability , particularly FHIR , HL7 v2, and C-CDA/CCD.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with healthcare data standards and interoperability solutions and must be comfortable in a customer-facing consulting role . Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as this individual will interact directly with external clients and represent Smile Digital Health professionally.
