Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical, electronic, and precision assembly of components.
Follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and SOPs.
Handle small components with accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Use basic computer applications and internal systems.
Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.
Requirements:
4 6 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
Hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, electronic, or precision assembly.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills, including email and internal systems.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
Ability to work 100% onsite in San Diego, CA.
PCB, optical component, or small-part assembly experience is a plus.
