Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Bookkeeping - Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice validation, voucher entry, and batch payment runs.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks: process incoming payments, apply cash receipts, and issue monthly client account statements.
- Serve as cross-functional backup for primary billing and invoice generation.
- Prepare, post, and audit general ledger journal entries.
- Perform month-end close procedures, account reconciliations, and financial reporting packages for executive leadership.
Operations, Logistics & Sales Support - Process incoming sales orders and maintain accuracy throughout the fulfillment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with production teams to adjust order specifications and scheduling needs.
- Act as primary point of contact for client order confirmations, status tracking, and inquiry resolution.
- Provide operational backup for domestic and international shipping documentation, customs forms, and dispatch records.
Front Office & Visitor Relations - Welcome clients, guests, and vendors, maintaining a professional front-desk environment.
- Direct incoming main-line phone inquiries, screening calls and routing them to appropriate team members.
