Job Description

LaSalle Network is hiring for a part-time Office Coordinator in Chicago, IL to support our client’s day-to-day office operations within a professional services environment. This Office Coordinator opportunity is a contract-to-hire role with an on-site work setting, offering hands-on exposure to administrative workflows and close partnership with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors as the front-facing office support resource

• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks to keep the workplace organized and running smoothly

• Assist with scheduling and coordination alongside leadership

• Maintain a welcoming, organized office environment

• Support ad hoc projects and team initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates, recent graduates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, upbeat and reliable demeanor
