Job Description

Lumina Agency INC is seeking a motivated and professional Public Relations Assistant to support our communications and public relations activities.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and interested in developing strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.

The Public Relations Assistant will work closely with the team to support communication initiatives, coordinate activities, maintain professional relationships, and help ensure that projects and campaigns are executed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination of public relations and communication initiatives.
• Support the preparation of presentations, written materials, and internal communications.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, partners, and other contacts.
• Help coordinate meetings, events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Assist with organizing schedules, project information, and communication materials.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ongoing projects.
• Support the team with research and preparation for upcoming initiatives.
• Help ensure consistent and professional communication across company activities.
• Collaborate with different departments to support project goals and deadlines.
• Provide general administrative and organizational support to the public relations team.
